Avontek attended Rockchip Developer Conference 2024, joining ecosystem partners to explore new opportunities in intelligent technology, embedded product development, AI-enabled devices, smart terminals, and connected control systems.
From a buyer’s perspective, the useful follow-up is how this update affects real project choices: available board directions, BSP support, sample timing, interface planning, and production discussion. Teams evaluating the platform should still confirm the final SoC, display, I/O, software image, and lifecycle plan before locking a product schedule.
For Avontek, the conference was an opportunity to follow Rockchip’s platform roadmap, exchange ideas with industry partners, and better understand how customers are applying Rockchip SoCs in Android, Linux, HMI, smart terminal, industrial control, and smart home products.
Avontek continues to support Rockchip SBC development for customers building Android SBC, Linux SBC, Smart Terminal, and Smart Control Panel products. Project support can include SoC selection, interface planning, BSP adaptation, display and touch integration, peripheral bring-up, testing, and production coordination.
The event also reinforced the importance of practical product implementation. For customers moving beyond standard development boards, Avontek can help evaluate whether a project needs to use a standard Rockchip SBC, a complete control panel product, or a custom SBC designed around enclosure, connector, power, display, wireless, and production requirements.
